Stanley Black was one of the most prolific British bandleaders of the postwar era.
He also played alongside visiting American greats like Benny Carter, and even recorded a version of “Honeysuckle Rose” with the legendary Coleman Hawkins.
From 1937 to 1941, he carried out South American tour, and began to take an interest in Latin American music.
He recorded an Exotic Percussion album for Decca.
From before his CD will be released,I have been bought many analog records.
