Don Redman 〜 Cherry

April 03.2016

Redman

In springtime in Japan, lots of people like to go out and have picnics underneath cherry blossom trees.

Speaking of cherry  in jazz, I remember Don Redman.

“Cherry” was composed by Don Redman, with words by Ray Gilbert.

I was taught this song from Toyoharu Okada.

Please read my past blog about Mr.Okada.
