Jimmy Rushing with Dave Brubeck Quartet(1960)から
バーリン33歳の1921年にレビュー用に書いた曲。あまりヒットしなかったそうですが、ポップスのボビー ダーリンがいい味を出している盤もあります。

1950年代中期以降、エラの歌やピーターソンのピアノ、そしてナット・コール、シナトラた ちの歌も残されていますが、ここでは野太いマリガンサウンドに弦を添わせて。

Gerry Mulligan & Scott Hamilton(1986)から
パーシー・フェイスやメラクリーノ・ストリングスやコルトレーンやレイ・チャー ルスの歌もあるようですが、マリガンとハミルトンの2管でしっとりと。
